Default smsp customer service

I've been trying to order an smsp header for about 2 weeks now and have had no luck. I first called and was told to leave an e-mail threw the smsp website. I did that twice already with no response. Is there a better way of getting a hold of someone threw honda-tech? thanks

Last time I sent them an Email I had a response back within a few hours. Weird.

Same here. Maybe his reply was blocked by a spam filter?

Might be busy since it's the start of the racing season? Haven't seen Dave online in a while.

But yeah, checking your spam folder would be a good idea.

they are really good guys. you also have to remember they do all this out of house and they get massive orders. plus racing season they get a little backed up they dont mean to just ends up like that way. a little wait from them pays off in the long run of things

The only thing I hear about their products is good things. It's tough to wait when he says it's over a month away.patience....

Dave/SMSP is great, worth the wait. You'll be happy in the end.

Now there's customer service...

Seriously though, I have no doubt David at SMSP will get back to you, BMaDOHC. As others have suggested, send him a PM, or double-check your e-mail. He hasn't posted here since last last Sunday (the 1st), so it's also possible that he may be out of town.

Dave is a very busy person. He will get back to you. He has always been great with responses. As stated might want to check SPam filters.

I'm completely relaxed.

To be honest, I actually thought you joking anyway.

Top notch service and top notch work. SMSP get's from me.

As others mentioned, check the spam filter (though, if it's Dave's catching it, you won't be able to see it) Call again and ask if they have recieved your email, or if they can check their spam folder.

Brandon,

I just responded to your email. For some reason I've only gotten 1 email from you on 4/2. I've been in the process of changing from adelphia to comcast email but the folks at comcast don't seem to be able to have the technical known how, since I've been trying to get it done since Jan. Maybe those issues may have caused some of your emails to not make it through. I don't know. I apologize.
