Usually means your Integrated Control Unit (ICU) has failed on that particular circuit.

I read that in my service book but it doesn't show that circuit location. It just said in fuse panel. If you have any info. on that let me know. THANKS

The ICU is located behind the in-car fuse panel, and control like 7 functions in your car. There is a write-up at G2IC on how to remove it, and possibly to repair it. These ICU units are expensive ($200), that's why my intermittant wipers still don't work. I think they can be repaired tho, but I am not into electronic's repair. I considered buying a used one, but who knows how long it will last.
