Help! Windshield wiper doens't work! Anyone know where the fuse is located?

Is it the fuse or the switch? My windshield wiper and the spray thingy doesn't work. Can anyone tell me where the fuse is located?

If neither work, it's most likely your combination switch. What year is your civic?
