my brake lights werent working. but the running lights were. When i put the car in reverse the running lights come on. we found that the fuse was blown for the brake lights so we switched it. Now when i step on the brake my reverse lights and running lights come on. Could it be a bad ground? help please

k found the ground its fine. The only thing i've switched was the duckbill and the steering wheel can these have any affects?

 

anyone? when i step on the brakes the reverse lights and tail lights come on...
