both sides the caliper functions like it should , both sides the cable pulls out at the e brake like it moves free, but the ebrake doesnt grab on the one side

is that part on the caliper replaceable or do i replace the whole thing or what? i beat on it to get the spring thing to stop on the pin (full release) but hasent worked sence, it was rusty and i soaked it in stuff
