i changed the o rings around the chamber of my spark plugs thinkin it would stop smokin cuz didnt think it was the oil rings in my piston how long till smoke stops comin out my exhaust!! btw it only comes out when i hit high rpm's!!

 

Engine? In vtec when it happens?

It's possible you're reved too high or too often or both.

You could have floated/bent a valve.

 

umm how can you tell witch vaule and how do i fix??
