Michael D. says

"II. Mild Cam Upgrade: ITR cams

CTR cams differ only with the 1997-1999 ITR cams at the intake VTEC lobe duration ( by only 3 degrees more duration ) and ramp angle..that's it!! The intake max. lift are identical. The exhaust cams for both are identical. :

The 2000-2001 ITR cams are identical to CTR cams.

And yet the 2000-2001 ITR's make identical power to 1997-1999 ITR's!! There's no advantage in getting CTR cams for a B18C. - about 8-10 peak whp gain properly tuned."

No, he is refering to the infamous Ported VTECH solenoid which I invented and "I love lamp." distributed and sold.

change your stock valve springs from your intake and put them on your exhaust, then buy the itr valve springs for your intake side.a gsr motor has dual spring only on the intake side.my friend had them on a 95 gsr motor and dynod at 181 hp to the wheel.he also had a 8lbs flywheel, ctr pulley, spoon wheels(lighter),4 to 1 headers the type r jdm one.apex n1 full catback exhaust straight piped.just letting you know what he did to get 181hp.he used the ctr intake cam and itr exhaust.

it was 181.3 hp and 125.7 torque at the wheels. i think stock torque is around 115

That was my old car, I am now starting new again as I my old gsr is going to the junkyard, just picked up another 94 gsr. My previous car had alot of suspension work, Tein RS(remote reservoir coilovers, skunk2 rear sway bar, skunk2 lower arm bar, energy suspension bushings, mugen and z speed strut bars, various camber and other adjustment pieces...

00-01 and ctr intake cams are the same. 3 degrees more duration than 97-98 cams.
