gsr with type r cams
before i buy the cams i just wanted to know how many horse power i can gain with the "00" j spec type r cams? how much would i gain on my rebuilt gsr with basic bolt ons..?

Search for type r cams and look for a post about dyno charts. i think i have seen a few post of b18c's dynoed with r cams vs. b18c's with skunk stg 1 cams. You might gain about ten hp if you also swap to an type r style intake manifold but only the dyno will tell you for sure.
