i got a serious /? can any one help?
sounds fishy to me.......get it back and replace the parts your self for much cheaper
for one you wont pay dealer price on parts and two the distributer is 3 bolts, slides out, and slides back in........then you can check your ecu........and that's not hard to replace either

sounds fishy to me too. do you know for sure it's done? if not try it using it on another and make sure. you can never trust those stealerships..
they changed my distibutor but my ecu will need 2 b programed.. so im just lettin honda get it if they say it wasnt my ecu or i need mroe **** then im throw a law suite lol
Anything is possible, but the distributor frying the ECU would have to have some crazy short somehwere...I'd get a second opinion.
like i said they said my distributor wire was cute and fried i duno i honest think honda is makin mad money off me.. becuse they seen i spent lots cash into my car... n thank god i took my nx bottle out before my car got towed 2 honda haha
you coud've checked it yourself first before you went to the dealership, you know there going to rip you off with the parts. ill recomend everyone's suggestions. goodluck.

Indeed. F*** the dealer. They are good for rolling cars out, not in. I am not saying they don't do good work but you go to a dealership under any circumstances and they will screw you. From what I have found, all you need is will, basic intelligence, perhaps a repair manual and Honda-Tech.
nah i couldnt becuse my ecu is fried it has 2 get prograsmed from dealer and it had lots more problems and we couldnt figure it out i spent 2days tryin2 get it workin i got it runin for like 5hrs then never cranked up againb so i sent it 2 honda.. but i get the car in tomorw

And it would take LOTS of time to get running decent especially if he doesn't know a good tuner (which it doesn't sound like he does).
