Default Polyurethane lube??

My Skunk2 front upper cnotrol arms have started to squeak. Whats the best/easiest lube to use for polyurethane? Is there anything that comes in a pray can?

You can get a spray can of Dupont Lithium Grease. But just to let you know, the stuff doesn't last very long. I had polyurethane sway bar bushings and switched back to rubber.
