You may rub on slightly on the outside of the rears. I mistakenly put 225 40 R16s with Mugen MF* (16z7 with a 43mm offset) on my GSR after reading about King Motorsports ITR in Car & Driver. The outside rears rub slightly and the inside barely clears the springs. Fortunately this only happens when cornering hard and it only contacts the rubber molding. The 225 width is the problem.

I plan on rolling the rear fender lip, so that shouldn't be an issue. It just looks like it might be way close to the trailing arm. The 225/45 hoosier is really wide.
