does 94 civic EX have a gas light? o_O

Right now its on E and i haven't filled up.. normally on my previous car i would wait for the gas light to turn on then fill up.

 

no one answer!! I wanna see him sweat, lol. You could find out easily, just dont fill up. Either the light will come on, or you will run out of gas. Question answered, lol.

Honestly though, I dont know. I wanna say no, but I drive a CX, so i am not sure

lmao come on someone please answer this question i just bought this car and dropped in a jdm b18c motor i can't risk getting a ticket in the freeway pulled off to the side for not having gas!

i never really let it get below half tank but it would be nice to know .

 

I believe their isn't one.

I have a 95 Civic SI (Canadian) which I believe is equivalent to your American EX, and it does not have a warning light.

ok so i check the extra dx cluster i have in my room and there is no sign of a little gas light ... so im gonna say no ... but please prove me wrong ...

 

ive got a 95 ex canadian ... the Si is a little better than the ex no matter where its from .. i think

lmao whatever the EX in 94' was OG car to drive fully loaded SOHC vtec.

 

i had a 93 VX, no gas light.

 

i have a jdm ef cluster with the white face and it does have a gas light spot i just dont know how to wire it up because the usdm ones do not have a gas light

 

so i assume no gas light? lol

no i dont think they started putting gas lights in civics until 01. So yea you dont have a gas light. You could have also found out by pulling out your cluster and pulling the bulbs to see if one had a gas pump in it.

i have to disagree, my 97 ex has one.

im not sure about the 94's but you do have to get the gas pretty damn low to have the light go on, i didn't think i had one for the longest time until i was really broke for a week

At least in del Sols all &gt;95 have a gas lamp. I think it's the same in Civics, my girlfriend's 95 ex does have one.

 

I'm full time student and work 23 hours a week. I only fill $15 for a week lol, I'm broke. And I put gas in my car when in drop it's right on the empty line lol. When it hit the empty I can drive 20miles more. I told you guys &lt;95 civic no gas lamp, but why the hell people still talking about it..

00 civic has a gas light ripped it out along with all those other idiot lights that you do not need!


why would you even let your car get sooooooo far down in gas that you run out if thats the case and you do not know your car simply carry a gas can with you lol....

 

i own a 99 ex and my light stopped working. if you're on e then normally you need gas. if you've got mods done don't harm your poor little engine

 

hmmm...my expert answer is put gas in it

 

just to make sure....

there is no gas light.

and running that low on gas puts a lot of stain on your fuel pump and will wear it out quicker. just a FYI.
