that was normal.. until I got on the track (136 max) then I guess oil broke down and my highway temp is 112 C....

136 C is normal on the track. One of the Best Motoring video was showing a 98 ITR reaching almost 150 C on the track. Just turn on your heater. It will lower the temp a bit.
How do you install a oil temp gauge?? Where do I buy the parts and do I have to drill new holes in my oil pan or what?

I bought the integral (digital display) guage from Japan. the same as the ones in Best motoring where they did the "endurance race."
the sensor was welded onto a "drilled hole" on the oil pan..
