my old tired motor in my da is just about shot. what should i be looking for on compression, when/if i do a check? good deal bad deal??

If you have some kind of a service manual it should say the compression you want, if not you might be able to find it on this forum or someone might tell you... as for the other motor, if it only has 60,xxx miles on it Id say thats probobly a decent price, search around the stuff for sale here on h-tech too and see if any one else is selling an ls motor and how much they might be going for, keep in mind you can sell your old motor/parts for some extra cash. goodluck
