spindle (axle) nut help
in order to safety the nut, you are supposed to dent the top of it in to a notch on the axle. if you don't un-dent the nut, you'll have a very hard time getting it off.

when the axle nuts get overtightened not even a braker bar will do it you will snap off the 1/2 inch head of the braker bar.... the only way you will get it off is with an impact wrench.. trust me has happened to me twice broke my braker bar and 2 ratchets...

Well when you dont have a compressor to turn on it makes it alittle harder.
I am working on getting one though.

hahaha, I hope I dont need to use an impact on mine, or else that means I gotta have a shop do it. I think he needs to know another good way to get that bitch loose without an impact. im gonna use a 25'' cheater with a 4 ft pipe from my floor jack

i wouldnt do that. you could risk breaking your lugs. just have someone step on the brake pedal. i too have broken a ratchet trying to take this nut off. impact gun would be nice but not everyone has one. breaker bar should work just fine.
