1996 honda del sol door handle

The exterior door handle no longer opens the door. The interior works. How do I go about fixing it? Is there a manuel that is out there that can help?

Any Haynes/Chiltons manual will work for you. If you don't have your own, go to the parts store and buy one. Treat it like your own Bible for your car!
