As stated running a 15x7 wheel and im wanting a Z-rated tire on the ground.
Ive used the Falken 615's and I dont like them, Kumho MX's seem to have a soft sidewall. Ive looked at the Fusion's doesn't look like a bad tire and since its Bridgestone's tire I know they have a stiff sidewall. Will be used mainly for street driven not daily though. Any thoughts?

I checked the DTC website and found a couple ZR rated tires in 205/50/15. I'm not sure if that's the size you're running though. Anyway, here's some I found:
Hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212
Bridgestone Potenza S03
BFG G-Force T/A KDW NT
Cooper Zeon 2XS
Kumho Ecsta ASX
I'm sure there are a ton more. Hope this helps a bit.

"Hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212" lots of the miata guys I know use those and seem to have good luck with them
"Bridgestone Potenza S03" thought those were discountinuied?
"BFG G-Force T/A KDW NT" very noicy and overpriced IMO
"Cooper Zeon 2XS" those are POS
"Kumho Ecsta ASX"hate the tread on them and never really heard and good about them besides they are suppose to last because of the higher treadwear on them

Why do you want a Z rated tire, instead of one of the higher speed ratings like W or Y?

You judge tires by looks?
Instead of making cryptic comments, why don't you tell us what you're looking for? Answer questions like the ones above, and the answers will help determine what tire might be best for your needs.

Sorry meant all seriesof z-rated tires

Noisey(not a huge deal), they dont handle that great, I dont even have to turn that hard and they would break loose, Water traction isnt that great. They are OK but would like something better.
Working with the kumho MX's sidewall seems flimsy compaired to falkens, bridgestones, bfg's
I am just trying to use something different thats why I suggested bridgestone and the fusion aggressive tread hard sidewall and Ive used most tires out there

And why do you care about the speed ratings? Are you planning to go over 150 mph?

On dry pavement, the Azenis handles and grips better than any other street tire. If that's not good enough for you, then you'll need to get race type tires, like drag radials. And they will wear extremely rapidly.
(If they're breaking loose easily, my bet is that the problem is not the tires, but the driver.)

You didn't mention which Bridgestone tire you're talking about, but they don't make anything that grips better than the Azenis on dry pavement. Nothing they make in 15" sizes even comes close.
But go ahead, try other tires if you like. You'll figure that out for yourself soon enough.

Well actually I was thinking about getting RA1's ive know a couple guys who have used them on the street without any problems and last for awhile.

A higher speed rating has nothing to do with better grip and performance.

I would not use R compound track tires like the RA-1 on the street, for many reasons. First, they wear rapidly (you might only get 5K miles to a set, maybe less). They are not very good in the rain (even though the RA-1 is better than most others in the rain, they're still not very good). And they need to warm up to be really effective, and you'll never get them heated up with street use. None of these things matter when using them on the track, and the RA-1 is a very good track tire. (I use them myself.) But I would not use them on the street.

Go ahead and try them. They're not as sticky as the Azenis on dry pavement, but they're slightly better in rain and they last a little longer too.
