For those of you with a test pipe from testpipe.com im wondering if the flange which bolts to the downpipe can be rotated, or is it welded in place?

one of the flanges rotates, i can't remember which one though... I'll take a look tomorrow

 

The flange towards the front of the car (bolts onto downpipe/b-pipe) rotates the rear one doesn't.. In summary, 2 holes rotate, 3 holes don't.

I own 2 of them.. my favorite one is the 2.5" resonated testpipe with fake cat welded on.
