Default TPS and 02 sensor problem.. getting real annoying..

man, I tell you, I had a code 7 and code 43. throttle postition sensor and o2 sensor, got the 02 sensor warrantied, checked EVERYTHING to get the TPS working correctly with the voltage sweep and everything.. and it still comes on almost every day. sometimes the CEL will be on when I start the car, other times my car will not respond to any throttle input, and then jerk bad when it finally accepts that I am trying to drive the car. the car doesn't backfire or anything.. it usually happens on partial throttle, but when I do some full throttle pulls like getting on the highway, i can feel a bit of hesitation, but not like when my engine pretty much cuts out for a few seconds like at partial throttle. just a drop in power. I've been trying to diagnose this problem for a while now and I have no idea what the expletive it is. the 02 sensor is BRAND new, and I took voltage readings from the TPS at the computer so I know the ecu is getting information.. I have about had it and am about to just leave th car in the garage for a while and buy some other car...

I mean, what happens when I'm cruising with some hot chick and she's all like "yo, your car is so nice I wanna suck you d*** off" and then my car starts jerking and puttering and not doing anythin and she's all "oh man this car sucks, drop me off by that gu with the civic with rims so I can suck off his d*** instead".. what teh f*** woudl I do then?

just joking on th second paragraph.. if you can't tell. but seriously someone help me out, has anyone had this problem before and how do I fix teh damn thing? My dad seems to think there may be a leak on my intake manifold gasket, or i have a lekaing vaccum somehwere. woudl either of those cause a CEL for either TPS or 02 sensor? i'm about to freak out and start kicking my car... seriously..

is it a p13?

if the tps passes the "voltage sweep" test then it is fine.

I have a problem similar to yours, check your fuel pressure regulator, and all the vac lines for leaks.

I would replace that o2 sensor.
