Need some suggestions on a build
As youk now im currently rebuilding my R, right now i have a 4340 eagle knife edged ls crank 11:0:1 nitrous pistons eagle rods bored .020 over and have a cylinder gurdel pressed in the block... im lookin for some things for my head... i have spent around 2500-3000$ on the labor and parts.. for the head im getting a 3 angle valve job port polish, give me some insite on the injectors cams, and gears.. fuel rail any of the things i would need let me know and if anyone has and good parts around let me know thanks Greg
Well after its all said an done the guy i know that is doing my motor said it should be around 11.8.1 im lookin to go s2s2 but im thinkin of running the pro 2's cause i saw a guy with a simmiler setup running a little higher than oem compression on a ls vtec build and he gained 17+ hp from stock to pro 2's

How are you going to gain 0.8:1 CR? Milling the head, decking the block, head gasket, flat faced valves?

get a spare PR3 head and send it off for an RLZ or Alaniz Port and Polish job. then when it comes back swap all your internal stuff over and sell off your old cast. You'll yield a very high flow with either one of those that will make a world of difference.
Also I heard that ImportBuilders is now sending out ported ITR manifolds for $250 if you send them your core (can anybody verify this?)... if not you can buy one for 575 then sell off your old one, also match port your TB... And why not a hondata IM gasket while we're at it.
I'm still sticking to my guns that Pro 2's might be overcamming, but I guess we'll have to see...
You might want some beefier injectors, I'd suggest some RC 370CC's

thanks steez the guy thats doing my machining builds hemi motors for a guy that runs 5's steve engle quickest car around where i live... he is a well know guy around cincinnati so ill just stick with but my buddy said he is going to stock itr im cause is edlebrock one is to big and his car is fully built 225whp but yeah the injectors i will do thanks
