what year civic did you order it for? one of the holes connects with the valve cover.
the other one is used for 96-00 civic's that have their IAT that mount to the intake.
unlike the older civic that have them on the intake manifold.

if you got two holes on intake.
one is for the cam breather.
and the other one is for the sensor....
since you have an 94 si.
i dont know if they came with sensors.
if not.
i wouldnt worry about it man.

Just hook up the breather hose and make sure to plug the other hole up. You don't want anything to get sucked up into your manifold.

This is what you want to do.

If you bought it directly from an official dealer of AEM, they should've included little black plug-like pieces to plug up any holes you don't use.

I bought mine from an aem dealer and they only give 1 black plug and there are 2 holes.. I had to use electric tape to cover up the other hole.

Just make sure you don't run around with an open hole like that...even if you must use electrical tape cover it.

sucks for you. My friend bought an SRI new off cardomain's store for his and it included 3 plugs even though he didn't need to plug anything for his 99 d16y8.
