i have a problem with my trunk sensor light..it keeps goin on. would it have anything to do with alarm? because whenever the light pops up, my alarm would go off.and its gettin annoying. it pops up when i drive sometimes. it doesnt go on all the time. just whenever it feels like it. and i dont know what the problem is. would anybody know anything about trunk sensors? thanks

 

It's part of the latch. It may just need to be adjusted.

 

well i open the trunk and slammin it to close..it closes..but the light still stays on.

 

The sensor is in the latching mechanism. Adjust it or cut it off and attach the wires together and its not a problem

try looking at the latch and see if you can adjust it/realign it

and its tripping your alarm because the alarm is seeing your trunk as open
