The parts are 209.00 plus 92.61 for shipping through UPS Freight.

This is a bolt on affair but please note that the lug pattern changes from 4x100 to 4x114.3

Yes they almost always come with the e-brake cables.

#18171 is 125.00 plus shipping. They are 4x100 and they do come with the cables.

I have a '98 Civic DX looking to convert to 4x114.3 lug pattern. What would be my easiest and best option?

 

I need a rear disk conversion for an EG style hatch.
