Default Recomend a decent 14" tire?

I have a set of hx wheels and I am running bfg drag radials in the front. But can't decide on a decent 14" tire to run on the back.

For street use, you should run the same tires on the front as on the back. Don't ever mix tires whose performance characteristics are drastically different from each other, like drag radials with street tires. It's okay on the dragstrip, but not on the street.

As for 14" tires, what kind of car do you have (year, model, version)? That determines what size you need.

Also, how do you plan to use these tires? Only for daily driving? Rain? Snow/winter?

The answers to these questions determine which tire is best for your needs.

The set up will be mostly used on the track occasional tours on the street. The car is a 92 civic hatch. Was considering the falken azenis or hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212.

For mostly track use, go with the Azenis in 195/60-14.
