i got a 95 civic hb
what is my bulb size?
9004?
9006?

Correct. If you're running a JDM headlight, than it would be H4H.

If you're doing a direct plug and play kit, that's correct.

H4 and 9003 is the same but H4 is cheaper. So go with H4.
