is my amp blown?
i was driveing down the street the other day and one of my subs quit working and then the other started beating like a heart pulse (not beating to the music). i checked the fuse and the inside of it was burned up so i put a new fuse in and it did the same thing. do u know if my amp is blown? thanks for any info.

Sounds like you fried some circuitry associated with the channel that goes to the sub that isn't doing anything.
Or if the amp is bridged, check to make sure your gains for each channel are turned up about the same. If they are off by a significant margin, you will get that heartbeat sounding bass coming from a sub.

if it smells like burnt toast then its a blown amp but since you keep blowing fuses you probably did some damage good news it probably fixable but its a better idea just to get another amp
