Default H22A into my Crx-Delsol s.i. just had a Q for The honda community

Hey hows it going guys ive been into the honda socitey for years now have done work on some honda time to time on so mild race builds with some close friends building SC ep`s , turboed gsr1s, its a great load of fun but now i have decided to build my own little project hopefuly to have it done by June of this summer

i have 5Grand as of this moment and i wanna build a semi race built respectable all around car i cant decide weither to go turbo or all motor im just thinkin i cant afford the turbo right now so maybe all motor might be te best thing for now and il upgrade later so far i have my list of products for the swap hasport mounts$600 hasport axles $399 hasport conversion wiring $300 << not even sure i need this some of the guys said i could do minor adjustments to my delsol vtec wiring harnes to make this swap work im also talkin to this shop and tryin to get an estimate to get the h22 mounts welded to my frame so what im thnkin is getting the H22A with LSD Trans and spend maybe a grand or grand and a half on head work ? skunk 2 exhaust, valvetrain , some good headers which 1`s? ( not sure which headers) , Str8 pipe, Cold air intake,
Any of you guys have any comments both positive and negative are welcome it wont phase me just wanna know what you guys think and any advise ? ? thanks in advance for everything guys

IMO i dont like straight h22 swaps because of the trannys try a set up like mine, this is what i bought for my h22 h2b swap might help you might not but what the hell:

h22a long block
h2b kit cause h22 tranny's sucks ***
ctr tranny
hasport b series mounts
hasport b series shift linkage
hasport b series axles
fidanza flywheel
exedy clutch
and a chipped p30 ecu

so far its about $4800.

Edit: and by they way with the H2B kit its like putting in a b series so you dont have to pay someone to wield the mounts.

wow that sounds pretty good so far , i like that h2b setup it sounds great i was talking about it the other day with one of my friends where i can purchase one i know that have a crappy version and a really good one i think the good one is quarterback ? if that makes any sence might not now if i get a H22 longblock it`l be more work aand everything but sounds worth it .... when usyou said i dont have to pay anybody to weld the mounts are you saying i can use regular mounts for tranny or for entire set up because to put the h22 in my frame i gotta remove my single vtec mounts and relocate for the new 3 mounts for the H22 feel free to correct me if im wrong so how does that setup run in your car ? and time slips ?

everyones more then welcome to give me advise or some pointers

i bought mine from quartersportsdrag.com for $750

yup because the h2b plate makes the engine sit like a b series so any b series mounts and of course a teg 94-01 tranny braket will work even though they recomen you use aftermarket b series mounts. and so far im still working on it havent had any time to finish it.

and yeah you do to make room for the axle. and no it shouldnt if you do it right.
