B16 no Reverse light !! help!
Help! wen i put it in reverse the back lights dont work, i recently put in a b16 and since then no light. i thought putting in the reverse light switch on the tranny from a d16 to a b16 would work but its way diff and didnt fit can anybody help me out with locating the reverse switch or watever the ***** wrong with it
Is it wired correctly? You should have a green wire and yellow wire coming from the sensor that need to be hooked up. If they are hooked up, try switching the wires and see if that works.
well im guessing it dont have the sensor cause it has those 2 wires (female and male) hanging by the o2 sensor connector it just has this metal breather thats cloged with a cap know anywere i can get dat sensor

90-91 LS integra, get the sensor if you would like, but yours is more then likely fine.
PLug in those 2 connectors. I'm tired of people asking WTF is wrong with there car when they have loose wiring dangling like that.
And you shouldn't have painted your engine/tranny black, you'll understand when you pop a seal and can't see the oil leaking.

i had the same problem when i had my b16 swapped in. I just noticed that the wires werent plugged in. But ever since i connected them together my reverse lights would work but then i would get a check engine light too! hahah so i just unplugged them.
Also i noticed since my b16 is obd0 and requires two sensors on the header. And when i pulled the header out the shop who swapped it just decided to cut the 2nd O2 sensor and not deal with it
probably why im getting check engine. But i wonder why only when i connect my reverse lights?

sumtimes you get dat because your o2 sensor dont work no more but c you could just plugg ur reverse light connectors my **** doesnt even have em as u can c in da pic its just a metal plugg with a plastic cap to close the whole where it suppose to go so my mission now is to find da sensor switch

....what?
....what?
Those two bullet connectors in your picture go to the main wiring harness right? If that the case, you need to get a reverse sensor with wiring and plug it in. It's kind of hard to understand what you're talking about though, maybe you've figured this out already?

I'll be a ***** all I want when you can't even write in a complete sentence, this is the internet, adleast try and show that you have some brains.
Find where your reverse sensor is and plug in those 2 plugs and you will be set. It's honestly THAT simple.
