Default Changed PS Belt - Reservoir now overflows and steering still whines...

1997 Prelude SH

My Power Steering belt partially tore apart for some unknown reason, possibly rubbed a harness...anyways, I remove and replaced the belt before it broke. I checked the tension and got the belt tight. The Reservoir fluid produced bubbles and overflowed into the engine bay (foamed) for 15 minutes yesterday, and continues today. It's also still whining on turns.

So I didn't change a hose and introduce air into the system. Any ideas? I've turned the wheels lock-to-lock 10 times or more in attempt to bleed...

Thanks In Advance for your help!

Did you put new fluid in it when you put a new belt? If so, did you use honda pws fluid?
