I just recently bought a 2000 civic si... Not all the time, but most of the time it clicks after each gear, or when i hit the gas. It's not very loud, and it doesnt seem to be getting louder... Just wondering if it's something I should be worried about.

 

what clicks? wheres it comming from? need more info.

 

Not sure where it's coming from... I can only hear it like when I'm driving next to a wall and I can heard the echo from my car... kind of a faint ticking sound.

 

valve adjustment probably?

 

yeah thats normal most likely dude. DOHC engines even after valve adjustment they make a little noise. injectors tick. if your not sure when its been done last or history , get a valve adjustment.

I have the aem short ram on my si. I think i am going to sell it to go with the whale ***** intake.
