Car only starts when engine is warm.
When its cold and i try to start it ... it just gives me a "click..click..click"

did you load test the battery? Just because it has a 12.72 surface charge doesn't mean its good. I 've seen a battery with a good surface charge and when it was hit with a load it dropped to 5.0 volts. might wanna hook a meter to the battery and watch the meter when you try to crank, see what kind of voltage drop you're getting. Also, see if your meter can read AMPS, see how many amps the starter pulls when you try to crank, if it shows no amperage draw when you turn the key, most likley a starter soleniod problem.

or maybe you blew your battery fuse.. No never mind the starter is unfused. ummmmmm yea prolly you starter is shot go get it tested. Maybe you main realy. Can you jump your starter?????

Did you reciently have your motor out or relocate your battery. Take a foot long piece of 4 gauge wire and ground you started. Put one on top its 8x1.25 bolt I believe and ground it to the chassis rail near the orginal place for the battery.
