did you load test the battery? Just because it has a 12.72 surface charge doesn't mean its good. I 've seen a battery with a good surface charge and when it was hit with a load it dropped to 5.0 volts. might wanna hook a meter to the battery and watch the meter when you try to crank, see what kind of voltage drop you're getting. Also, see if your meter can read AMPS, see how many amps the starter pulls when you try to crank, if it shows no amperage draw when you turn the key, most likley a starter soleniod problem.

If all your cables are clean and tight, it's probably a bad starter. You can take it to have it tested.

Did you reciently have your motor out or relocate your battery. Take a foot long piece of 4 gauge wire and ground you started. Put one on top its 8x1.25 bolt I believe and ground it to the chassis rail near the orginal place for the battery.
