check engine ecu jumper harness
motor is obd1 can find the jumper harness in a 93 civic, the guy said something about wire tucking or swaping harness when i bought the car,
where is the orignal location and where could he possible put it any idea's?
engine runs and idles, i have no exhaust on it it is the first time the car is running under a new motor turbo kit removed

found it, the guy rammed it between the blower motor and the firewall (stock is on the passenger side of the blower motor)
he had it on the otherside code 15
