Your problem is a symptom of these actions:

1.) You did not cut the bumpstops to accomodate the lower ride height and now your shock is prest against your bumpstop.

2.) You left the oem dustcover on and the skunk2 sleeve is pressing against it not allowing you to adjust ride heght.

........... Cut the bumpstops in half and remove dustcovers and you should fine. I got the same exact setup om my Prelude and the ride is nice. I love skunk2 spring rates.

it's the dust cover if it is a prelude... if it was the bump stop your car would have to be dumped...

did you release the E brake?

I cut the bumpstops in half I did leave the dustcovers on because to prevent corrosion what would the ebrake have to do with it ???

your dust cover is too small in diameter for the shock!!! do not drive!!! if you want dust covers you have to go find some rubber ones that will fit. The dust covers on the lude are metal tubes, and right now all the wieght of the car is sitting on these tubes which are sitting in the shock body... Go take them out now, and get come rubber dust covers... i have no idea why honda made metal dust covers on the lude, I also have no Idea why the the shock instructions do not have warning labels that tell you not to use them... If you look under you will see what everybody means about the shock cover.

also sometimes people just finish installing coilovers and the ebrake is engaged holding the car up higher... i don't think it applies to you.
