coilovers stuck!!!

coilovers stuck!!!
I cant get my coilovers loose to adjust. Im guessing there is some dirt or something blocking the threads. Anyone had this happen to you?? Were you able to fix it???? TIA

you might want to try just washing them out with water which will hopefully free the dirt that is stuck in the threads. And if its still stuck try some wd40. But its a common problem with all coilovers
