my 93 civic wont start. well sometimes it will and once its running it s fine until you turn it off then when you hit the key again it drags or turns over slow or not at all. i installed a new battery and that didnt help if you keep trying to start it eventually it will . i noticed this problem about a month ago when it seemed like the battery was going bad the car would turn over and start but it was slow to do so. also a couple of times when you hit the key it would start up then die a couple of seconds later then when i hit the key again it would just crank at normal speed but would not start the car is a d15b with msd sci ignition and ss coil with fairly new plugs and msd wires could it be my starter?ignition?
