Default CRX d15 Tranny issues

hi all, im new to hondas, so please excuse my french...
I just bought a CRX a few days ago. It has a d15 motor.

Anyways my problem is that after the car gets a little warm it doesnt want to get into gear. I just replaced the tranny fluid yesterday with some mobil 1 super syn, and that didnt fix the issue. Me and my freinds are thinking throw out barring?

Well I made a video of it also so you guys can see. At the end of the video is when everything goes bad, I was just sitting in the same spot

synthetic oil is the worst thing for tranny's. Its to "slick" If you can, get honda MTF at the honda dealer if not just use conventional 10-30
