Re-torquing ARP head studs.

Finally got around to having some time and need to retorque my arp's or atleast checking it. When retorquing them, do I just do it back to 70ft/lb (what I torqued them down to the first time)?

as long as they were never overtorqued same proceedure as last time...

Do you need to pull out the cams to do this??

yes the cams are in the way of the head studs

is there a tourqe spec on the studs when you put them in the block?

i have lost the spec sheet, but think it said just to hand tight them into the block.
