i was just wondering...a while back i saw this thing on jdmfan.com where you could change your corner lights so that they are off and only go on for hazards and signals...it was labeled "european" style or something...well i was watching initial D which takes place in japan and the hatch had his signals off too...i know its only an anime and all but....yeah...just curious, did they come like that only in europe? or japan also? thanks

 

It is that way in Japan also. Try looking at GT3 during a night race. You will see the headlights only illuminated on the ITR and SiR among other cars.
