does any one know a good write up on how to replace the front wheel bearding ? i did a search and there was only one https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=720159 and its been deleted.. it seem like its a common problem for the type r wheel bearings to go. should i go with OEM bearing $110 Ca or after market $84 Ca ( made is USA)

When in doubt, go OEM. The difference in price for the parts is nothing compared to the labor.
