Makers of AUTOLOCK now sell a WHEEL CLAMP(Boot) for your car!!!!!
I was surfing the web for car security and I came across a wheel clamp which clamps to your rim just like a boot. I guess the makers of autolock now sell this.
If anyone is interested go to http://www.klamp-it.co.uk there you can see what it looks like. According to their webpage they have merchants all over the country who carry this device. You can also email their sales department at

let me know what you think.
keep me posted on any new info.

yeah i saw this a couple days ago too. i've always wondered why some company never made a BOOT for everyone to buy. might not be a complete solution..but its another hurdle for thieves
They only make it for UP to 16" wheels? I dont quite fully understand how it is clamped. Would be an obstacle for people with corrected camber and lowered vehicles.
You don't need to order from UK to get a wheel lock. Here's a supplier in the US.
http://www.tirelock.com or http://www.tirelock.com/current/specs.html
good luck carrying it around though... it's gotta be frigging heavy and big. At least you could use it on your driveway or something.

yup, lug-blocker is supposed to stop thieves to put steelies.
IMHO, for those with no garages, this is a very wise inverstment (+ about 20 other theft prevention methods).
