I was changing the head gasket on my 95 honda civic and I accidently pulled too hard and disconnected a the green wire w/white stripe from its connector. The other wire is a red wire w/white stripe. Can anyone tell me what this connector does and how I can fix it thanx

just push the connector back in with a tiny screw driver or if u really messed it up go to the juck yard and cut u another clip. and that sensor i think is some kind of temp switch

 

wow and clean that bay up too lol
use a wirewheel on the bolts and lube everything up properly

 

ECT (Electronic Coolant Temperature) Sensor

Remove the pin from the connector and re-solder the wire onto the pin.

 

Would I need an eyeglass screwdriver in order to pull out the pin?
