Default Looking at a GS-R...

Hey everyone! Tomorrow morning I'm going to look at a 97 GSR with 60k miles. The listed price is $12,700. First of all, is this a good deal? The car is dark green with tan leather and it supposedly very clean. Also, is there anything in particular I should watch out for? Are there any common problems with 97 Tegs? Thanks in advance.

Check the rear wheel wells for rust. That stoopid rubber lip does nothing but hold water.

Check for matching vin numbers.
Ask for complete maintenence / collision history.
There is more but I can't think of them right now.

Check the rubber around the windows, then check the fluids (oil, p/s, brake.....)
Check the tires for uneven wear. Look at the hoses too.
