Default Built motor wont start

I was trying to get my built h22 running today and it wont start. I looked around on the site and tried the trouble shooting guide with the manual for the car and the car wont start. I have tried 3 ECUs, i am 100% getting fuel and 100% getting spark. Though I am for some reason getting a MAP Sensor Code and tried 2 map sensors. I am using the same wireharness that i used before and the car ran great. Any thoughts?

the whole engine has been rebuilt for turbo with all the usual stuff. i know its not a mechanical problem. i just checked and i dont think my injectors are getting a pulse. so now that i narrowed it down i am hopefuly fixing it tonight. i had the car running before the winter
