I have a 96 gsr that i had put into a 96 cx hatch. I used the hx harness with a obd 2 to 1 jumper harness p28, but now my car is miss firing. Check engine came on and the code was the idle air control and i've replace that and it still missing. I've replaced a couple of thing that i thought was the problems but still missing. Thanks for any help!!!!

Things i replaced: fuel filter, idle air control, dizzy, changing ecu but still miss.

 

i finally got the car started but know the rpm jumps??? wat can cause that problem??

 

are the rpm's going up down up down?

a lot of different things.

Start with the free things, like check for vacuum leaks, clean the IACV and FITV. Clean the throttle body, some injecotr cleaner wouldn't hurt either. I reccommend seafoam for injectors.
