Default Idle prob and its not the IACV

Okay so the story is i unplugged my negative terminal of my battery because i don't have an alarm/kill switch. The reason i unplugged it was because i was in a unfamiliar neighborhood that looked dangerous. So after i started the car and drove and when i was @ a stop light i had this idling problem like when you're IACV goes bad. It's not my IACV because i recently just replaced it with a new one. I had this exact problem last time but found out it was o2 sensor that went bad on me. Could it be my o2 sensor again ? For your information i changed my o2 sensor about 6 months ago. Any help/info would be appreciative. Thanks
