Butchered? I think it looks awesome. I can't wait to see the STI model. The impreza was do for a face lift, and in order to compete in the current market, I think they made the right move. It does kind of resemble a mazda 3 though. At least from the side.

I like the front lights better than the current one, but that bumper just takes it's aggression all away.
