Default changed distributor and car will not turn over?

i have 95 civic i did a jdm b18c swap in two weeks ago. the car started but after 15 minutes of driving i got a check engine light. the two codes i got were the cyp and ckp sensor. so i found out those sensors are in the distributor and can not be replaced. you have to replace the whole distributor. so i called honda motors online and they said they would swap the distributor for a new one. i got the new one today installed it with #1 cylinder at top dead center and now the car will not even turn over. after trying to crank the motor the speedometer goes crazy for a second. any help on this would be greatly appreciated this swap has costed my a ton of money and dont know what else to do.

even with a busted distributor the engine should still turn, so i would say your problem lies elsewhere. Have you checked that your battery is fully charged?
