2001 Lug Replacement
Hi you guys, I just searched this forum and couldn't find anything, so I thought I'd post and ask.
We took my car to costco to get the tires done. they've been fine for a while. After the last time I got my tires checked, one of the mechanics told me that the lugs came off extremely hot (when I asked how hot, he said hot like if I'd been riding the brakes on a 90 degree day).
So what ended up being the problem after my dad looked at it was that they'd cross-threaded the lugs while putting them back on. He decided to replace the lugs. The problem now is that we can't get the hub off. My dad sent me to google to find out which direction he should turn the hub bolt. I'm supposed to leave for Boston at 5:30pm today, so any information as fast as possible would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
EDIT: after much screaming and threats at the wheel, it finally came off. Nevermind!
