Whats the most weight a car can have without blowing these coilovers?
I have the Full coilover kit from skunk2, with the pro shocks and all that,
driving 96 honda civic EJ6 wondering how much weight itll take?
Lets say i have one person in the front, and 3 in the back...which is how much you can normally have, plus two heavy subs in the trunk, is that bad? well obviously it is, but umm how would i know if i blew them or whatever, It was only for about an hour yesterday lol, and im kinda worried they could be damaged or soemthing, never really asked about how much weight they can take.

The suspension should be able to take that fine.
Is it bad? No.
It shouldn't be, the car was designed w/ 4 passenger seatbelts for a reason.
Though they did have Asians in mind when they designed it...

Your car should be fine. If your really that concerned, double check the skunk2 spring rates...
had the same set of coilovers before i sold them... fit 5 people in my coupe(one in each seat) and had the trunk packed full or stuff.. honestly you should have nothing to worry about....
I have a friend that is a little bit big, and whenever I put him in my car, its like I just got lowering springs.

"Yeah, so what should I buy springs for, I just put jimmy in the car and it's all good."

now you need another big kid to sit in the back... you'll be lowered, but bogging bad...
my stockies withstood a massive ported box rockin 2 12's, and 7 people at one point. my front pass. had a chick in his lap three dudes sitting in the back with the littlest guy laying across there laps, and me driving. you should be ok especially with a stiffer aftermarket spring.

I'm not sure you can fit 4 "really fat passengers" into a civic

Oh you can up here in jersey i see like 4 300 lbs ladies in little coupe civis driving around town makes me laugh haha
I love mexi packing my car its fun to see how many people you can fit inside that small little toy lol.
Honestly youl be fine if your really worried about it that much go do your door jam and see your max capacity thats with stock springs if your total load was less than that your good especially with stiffer spring ratings

Or you could check out the load capacity for your car in your manual. Your choice.
