do i have a clutch for a 88 or an 89-91???
ok i have a clutch that has been sitting in my room for about two years now i know that the 88 si tranny is the odd ball and will not work with 89-91 si clutches. how can i tell what year clutch i have?

88 - 21 spline, 190mm
89 - 20 spline, 200mm
90+ - 20 spline, 212mm

Just wondering... Assuming I don't really care, what if I re-used my 89' presure plate, and just trimmed 12mm's off a 90-91 clutch disk ?
This is going on a BONE STOCK 189K mile CRX daily drive, not a race car of any sore. I don't think the car has seen 7K RPMs in 3 years.
Of course I say this, b/c I got a free 90-91 clutch/presure plate, and have an 89'.
